Please make arrangements to arrive into PVR International Airport on Saturday, December 13 no later than 4pm, and a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 12pm on Saturday, December 20.

GETTING TO XINALANI

After landing at Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR), take a moment to change into comfortable clothes for your trip to Xinalani. You’ll be taking a boat to the property so expect to get wet up to your knees when stepping off the boat and onto the beach. 

  • You will be greeted at the airport by Xinalani Staff

  • You will be escorted in a taxi to the pier of API Terminal Marítima in Marina Vallarta (15 min)

  • From Marina Vallarta you will take a small boat to Xinalani.

BIG PALAPA

​With much more space, this Female Only co-ed dorm is nestled high up in the mountains and has wonderful ocean and jungle views. There are two beautiful bathrooms with open-air showers, every bed has a high quality mosquito net, night stands and drawer organizer under the bed. For nomads, yogis, and spiritual seekers this is the best option for budget-savvy travelers alike.

 

 

Shared space with 8 beds.  Females Only.

SMALL PALAPA

​Closest to the yoga studio, the small palapa is a large co-ed dorm equipped with four cozy single beds – great for a group of friends traveling together.   Only accessible by stairs, these rooms are high in the mountains, with a luxurious jungle experience. It has a large terrace for your own private yoga or meditation space, a large hammock, spacious bathroom with a breezy, open-air shower.

 

 

Must have a group of 4 guests to book this space.

DELUXE ROOMS

These are perfect for single travelers, friends, or budget-savvy couples. They are halfway up the mountain – close enough to the fun but far enough away to rest peacefully. They feature either two twin beds or one king-size bed with beautiful mosquito netting, a table with two chairs, a hammock chair, a spacious bathroom, and an open-air shower.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

 

A non-refundable trip retainer deposit of $250.00 USD with your trip registration form is needed to hold your spot, however you may pay in full at the time of registration and recieve $100 off your cost. If you decide to only pay the trip retainer deposit at registration the remaing amount due must be paid no later than September 1, 2025.

We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

 

 

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS 

 

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the retreat designated above.  I am voluntarily participating in the retreat with knowledge that travel involves numerous risks and dangers including, but not limited to, a risk of illness, injury or death, which may be caused by: forces of nature, civil unrest, terrorism, road conditions, injuries inflicted by animals, insects, reptiles or plants, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance; high altitude accident, accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or the availability of medical supplies; and the lack of adequacy of medical attention once provided.  I assume the risk of negligence on the part of Pure Connection, Katherine Logan, their affiliated organizations and their employees, teachers, volunteers or other agencies in connection with said retreat. 


RELEASE


As Lawful Consideration for being permitted by Pure Connection, Katherine Logan to participate in such retreat and accompanying activities, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, legal representatives or any member of my family will not make a claim against or sue Pure Connection, Katherine Logan or any of their affiliated agents, employees, teachers or volunteers for bodily injury death emotional trauma or property damage resulting from my my participation in the retreat.


Pure Connection, Katherine Logan shall not be liable, director or indirectly for bodily injury or property damage for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the following causes: acts of God, pandemics, epidemic, detention, annoyance, weather quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, negligence, default, changes in government regulations, terrorism, war or failure of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled.


I therefore release and discharge Pure Connection, Katherine Logan and their agents employees, teachers and volunteers from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the retreat. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Under no circumstances shall Pure Connection, Katherine Logan be liable to any retreat participant for more than the land cost of the retreat applied for on this document. I waive any charge back rights and in the event of dispute requests for a refund will be made using the procedures described under the "Cancellation and Refunds" section below.



All applicants are subject to acceptance by Pure Connection. Upon acceptance of my application, this agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into at Skagway, Alaska, USA and shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Alaska. In the unlikely event a legal dispute should arise involving any subject matter whatsoever, I agree that the exclusive venue for any legal action shall be Skagway, AK, USA.


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS


Any cancellation made 90 days or less before the start of the retreat will result in the loss of funds. Any cancellation made 91-180 days from the start of the retreat will result in the loss of the retreat retainer deposit and 50% off the cost of your retreat. Any cancellation made 180 days or more from the start of the retreat will only result in the loss of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum (if we do so , your trip retainer deposit and costs are refunded in full).


Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended especially if there is a possibility that you might have to cancel. All cancellations and/or any refund requests must be made in writing to pcllcwellness@gmail.com before the retreat begins. Keep in mind that once your trip payments become non refundable as delineated in our cancellation policy above there will be no refunds and you will need to report your cancellation to your trip cancellation insurance provider for reimbursement.


Pure Connection reserves the right to cancel the trip for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. natural disaster, war, strikes, etc.) which may impede trip operations. The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release Pure Connection, Katherine Logan from any further liability. A trip cancellation due to insufficient numbers would occur at least 30 days prior to departure unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede causing large numbers of participants to cancel the last days before onset of retreat.


Pure Connection, Katherine Logan must make substantial payments to suppliers far in advance of the scheduled date on which the retreat begins. If a trip is cancelled due to forces beyond our control, Pure Connection will promptly refund your portion of the trip that is not advanced to suppliers. Pure Connection, Katherine Logan will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible and refund you the amount recovered.
