The 12 Hour Reset

Imagine a whole day of self-care. A day filled with morning and evening yoga sessions, infrared sauna, a facial and deep tissue massage, the signature PC foot scrub, unlimited structured waters and teas, and nourishing foods. A day to relax, to read, to think, to just be. A day to honor your body with a delicious blueberry smoothie for breakfast, cold pressed green juices for lunch, and a hearty root vegetable soup for dinner and head home for the evening feeling completely revitalized!

What to expect........

8:00 am

Arrive at 8am and enjoy a delicious blueberry smoothie to start your day. We will have a small orientation to familiarize you with the facilities and spend some time getting to know each other. Structured water and teas will also be available at any time throughout the day.

9:00 am

Nourish your body with an invigorating all level yoga practice. Awaken your senses and explore your limits as we elevate our energy and release stagnation from within. Embrace the flow and discover the power of your practice!

10:30 am -4:30 pm

Within this time frame you will have unlimited use of the infrared sauna, chi machine, foot massager, reading library, and indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and just be. You will also have a 90minute deep tissue and facial massage with the PC signature foot scrub to truly experience the essence of self-care.

12:00 pm-2:30 pm

Keep up your energy with a refreshing cold pressed green juice!

5:00 pm

Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and 20-minute sound bath.

7:00 pm

Enjoy a hearty nutritious root vegetable soup for dinner that is sure to fill you with warmth and satisfaction from the inside out.
